Based on double occupancy our room rates per night, are:

	Jan. 1 to June 3, Oct. 4 to Dec. 31	June 4 to Oct. 3
Ocean Spray:	$125	$140
Pacific Marine:	$125	$135
Olympic View:	$110	$125

• Rates are discounted for single occupancy.
• Prices are subject to 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Effective July 1, 12% HST will come into effect.
• $25.00 extra for additional person in room.
• We accept cash, Visa and MasterCard.
  
• 72 hour cancellation policy. Sorry, no refund of deposit for cancellation made within 72 hours.
• The house is smoke free. We provide ashtrays for patio/outdoor use.
• Children welcome; due to allergies we cannot accommodate pets.
• Check-In time is between 4PM and 6PM, or by previous arrangement.
• Check-Out time is 11:00 AM.
• We gladly accommodate most special dietary requirements.
• 2 night minimum on long weekends and during the months of July and August.
• Special: 10% discount for stays of 5 days and longer.
