- 72 hour cancellation policy. Sorry, no refund of deposit for cancellation made within 72 hours.
- The house is smoke free. We provide ashtrays for patio/outdoor use.
- Children welcome.
- Due to allergies, regretfully we cannot accommodate pets.
- Check-In time is between 4PM and 6PM, or by previous arrangement.
- Check-Out time is 11:00 AM.
- We gladly accommodate most special dietary requirements.
- 2 night minimum during High Season and on long weekends
- Special: 10% discount for stays of 5 days or longer.
